James D-Possible Ban Evader

I am making this report on the fact, i have seen the user comment on a thread asking the newcomer (seller) to go first on a transaction, him having all of 10 more posts i decided to look into his name.

He has more then 3 accounts linked to his IP, i would like an IP check as, if you look at them, the social networking links to contact him, are very similar style to the others on the accounts, for example the three messengers provided the top one (idk what its called) says N/a for all accounts, yet the other two are always filled out, also all accs have been short-lived.
