Prizma's Guide to Reduce Bans
Due to the amount of scams lately and some of the clueless users, I've generated a list of do's and dont's to avoid getting scammed or banned on servers.​

Scam Prevention:


1.) Only trade with trusted users.

2.) Always ask for a pm before trading to reduce chance of impostors scamming you.

3.) Make sure the person your trading with has sold items in the past.


4.) Check their vouch page or past threads, make sure that the user has traded more or the same amount of money that you are trading them.

5.) Do a search on their skype name, they may be a ban evador from past accounts.



6.)Look up users to see old accounts and to avoid scams

7.) Check their join date and their post count, if they are a newer user there is a bigger chance of being scammed.




8.) If the user that you are trading with isn't tusted use a trusted Middle Man.

9.) If you trade without a middleman trade in increments; Increments are small trades that eventually add up to the total amount of gold or items you are trading.


Ban Prevention:

1.) Don't post your skype on public threads.

2.) If you decide to post your skype, use a skype proxy to block your ip from skype resolvers.

3.) How to use a skype proxy:

4.) Use a seperate account from your main account, create a account and train it until you come to a level that wouldn't look suspicious to staff or the other players.

5.) use a different ip from your main account using a VPN

i dont know whats the fucking problem with staff's, they suck david's cock or something, they ripped off jagex models and codes, its not their fucking game, seriously. Im pretty sure david will act like a little bitch if he gets sued, hope that happens

thanks for this , never thought of using the Skype proxy. Going to do that right now

 

Really helps and keeps you feeling sucure about bans... Rember your ip changes for skype resolvers in 8 hours. You might need to change the ip every 2 days or so.
