Star_Scream is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: He had a link to purchase RS upgrades with $ in his thread at the time, so I used it and paid $7 for membership - I contacted him on skype that day and he said wait for the company to review the payment. After it was accepted it was hard to get him to answer me, after he FINALLY did, he said wait untill nov 1st. He stopped answering me and it's now the 9th..

As you can see I've tried multiple times/days asking him and he wont respond.. He is "online" every time I try.

Current membership status:


I would honestly just like my money back, I don't feel safe letting him go "apply membership" once he sees this, cause I'll probably just lose my acc too. I'm sure he has $7 sitting in paypal with all the trades he supposedly does.

 

Please show proof of his Skype username (jacob.s54) within Skype, and make sure this is visible on all the screenshots.
