Swift Services - Worker Deposit Not Returned After Removal

I worked for Swift Services as a worker and completed the services assigned to me for their clients without any issues. During this time, one of the clients failed to pay Swift Services after the service was completed. Instead of resolving the payment dispute directly with the client, Swift Services chose to place the entire blame on me, even though I had already fulfilled my part of the work.

Despite this, I continued working for their server in good faith, expecting the matter to be sorted out fairly. However, I was later removed from the server without proper explanation, and my deposit was never returned to me. To make matters worse, the client who hadn't paid also reached out to me directly, accusing me of scamming him, while members of the Swift Services server simultaneously accused me of being the scammer from their side. I was unfairly blamed by both parties, even though my role was strictly that of a worker completing assigned tasks.

I repeatedly asked Swift Services to return my deposit, but they ignored my requests and refused to provide any valid resolution. After being removed from their worker team, they kept my deposit without justification, despite multiple follow-ups from my end. I'm posting this report so other workers are aware of how Swift Services handles disputes, and to seek help getting my deposit back.

First, I need to know where the **2.5B deposit** came from. You initially sent **122$**, then another **50$**. As shown in the screenshots, the total deposit is **950M**.

Second, no one ever said that your deposit would not be returned. The available deposit will be refunded to you **14 days after you complete all of your remaining work**.

If that's how you feel, then please send me my deposit and the payment for the work I've already completed so there won't be any further issues.
You also haven't been responding to any of my requests. Even if you think I'm new, I believe you should have talked to me first so we could have resolved the problem instead of removing me immediately.

When I asked about my payment, you didn't reply. You also took back all the tickets I was working on, and the payment for the work I had already completed still hasn't been added.

Also, you haven't added the payment for my completed work to my wallet yet.
Even though I should have received 2.5B, just look at how much it's actually showing. You can see the difference yourself.

Regarding the deposit, the screenshots I previously provided only show the deposits that were made through the available records. If additional proof is required, I will provide any chat logs or other evidence I still have available. However, some records may no longer be accessible due to the amount of time that has passed.

Regarding my payment requests, I will provide screenshots showing that I repeatedly asked for payment and did not receive a proper response or was ignored.

As for the completed work, I completed the assigned tasks before being removed from the ongoing tickets. I have still not been paid for that completed work. I request that Swift Services provide a full breakdown of each ticket I worked on, the amount owed for each one, and explain why those payments have not been made.

I also request that Swift Services provide the Terms of Service they claim I agreed to, along with proof that I accepted those terms.

So, are you saying that I don't have enough proof? I have already provided all the evidence I still have. I am only asking to receive what I am rightfully owed: payment for the work I completed and the return of my deposit. I am not asking for anything else.

As for the RSN work, I completed it through Parsec, which is why I can't provide proof of it myself. You can verify that information with the Swift Services server if needed.
