    Its not spam considering this is misleeding to anyone who didnt buy hardened (not intentionaly misleeding obviously) since most people would think this is also for the 12 months of elite membership.

    that being said you can get founder status for free until the end of this month. So right now your selling something that anyone with a internet connection and an xbl account could get for free.
