Seriously, Never Back Down is Scammer!

Right now my thread is closed by some mod, which is ridiculous. Idk why they are defending him, maybe just because he is a guru!?

I am not trying to throw gas or find any troubles but isn't that so clear that he is scam? He asked me to sent a paypal 'gift' payment with note :'i will not chargeback as this is a goods i received', when i didn't receive any golds yet. Why not just sent as goods? Why sent as gifts? Simple, he is trying to erase evidence so he will not get ban on paypal.

He have even successfully scammed a person $40, do you know this is considerred theft and can be jailed?!
