    I could probably get one working for you on Soulsplit if you're willing to pay. As far as I know however, there are no public ones.

    It is possible to get one working, I remember battlescape had one.. was doing good for awhile.
    Unless its a private bot the owners will start making anti bot shit when they find out about the bots.
