I think we, as a community, need to start pulling heads from asses.

This is a site dedicated mostly to account/gold trades for various games, which in its own right, is infact illegal. So this guy takes a couple non-original images and uses them with his own works, and he gets banned?

To be fair, as long as he doesn't do it again in my opinion he should be let off, this is the second time Kin has tried and gotten him banned from the section, there is arguments that he wants to reduce competition, but you can't prove shit on the net, eh.
