Price check - Insane low level barrow pure

Hi guys, i'd like a price check on this account.
A realistic estimate of what people would potentially pay, instead of a price that isn't achieveable would be great.

300m i would say still doesnt have rapier or maul and it doesnt have turmoil but 99 herblore is nice

 

I suggest moving the name to a level 3 and selling that separately, if it's truly a rare 3 letter name with meaning.

The account itself would easily go for $400 if being sold by a trusted user, but I don't see you getting more than $200/400m for it.
