To clarify, you accept the figure of 44% of the skilling done on the spreadsheet, but dismiss the other conclusions that the data in that same spreadsheet shows? You can’t have it both ways, the spreadsheet data is either valid to you or it isn’t. Pick a lane.

Notably, regarding the skilling progress, I'll bring it up again - the slower more tedious skills haven't even had a dent made in them (Runecraft, Slayer) Minigames - (Barbarian Assault, KQ, Chompy)

For further clarification, not once has it been claimed that the XP spreadsheet proves that Callisto kills were solo gold farming. What it does do however is disprove your previous claim that you were doing Callisto as a means to level up the Slayer skill. I hope this clears up this blatant attempt to muddy the waters over this issue.
Now let me address the moderation team and wider community. I would like to briefly put aside the issue of the Callisto KC loot for a moment and highlight other issues that have yet to be sufficiently addressed.

I have provided detailed evidence and calculations which proves that there was theft of the GP provided on the account to complete the job. The moderation team have these calculations and despite Glacier repaying 300m of the initial stolen amount, there is still roughly 73m of this initial theft still to be repaid which Glacier has refused to acknowledge. These calculations were also based on high cost and highly efficient methods of skilling (in circumstances where the contrary is unprovable) as an exercise of good faith despite the final total XP gained in the relevant skills and the acknowledged theft of GP from the account indicating that low cost and low efficiency training methods were highly likely used instead. In reality, the value still owed to me in regard to this particular issue is likely higher, but as said before, in an act of good faith I’d consider being repaid roughly 73m a resolution to this one particular issue.

Considering I’ve already covered the next issue in depth on the thread previously I’ll keep my explanation here brief. The total amount of XP earned in the skills required as part of the task completion, the lack of diary completions at all levels (easy, medium, hard and elite), the ludicrously high Callisto KC on the account and the fact he only actually played on the account 98 days out of 180 days of bond time with at most 78 days’ worth of XP being earned (not all of which contributed to the progression of the job) all indicate lack of intent to complete the job. I believe this is further compounded by the fact that despite there being Callisto activity at various points during Glacier’s time on the account, it explodes in the final month which would indicate he was trying to extract whatever monetary value he could from the account when he realised that he couldn’t complete the job and explain why. As a result of this, I’m seeking compensation for the value of the bonds I provided due to the excessive amount of time wasted. The calculations are:
Bond price on the 05th Jan 26 in GP = 15,230,891: (15,230,891 x 12 = 182,770,692 GP).

Now to further highlight the significant increase in Callisto KC in June and July, Glacier’s actions to desperately claw whatever value he could from the account at my expense also shows a deep disregard for myself and the integrity of the account. Once again, I have to reiterate, I CANNOT wipe these kills from the public record. Any attempts to play high level content with other players on this account will be difficult as it looks suspicious when I try to play with them due to Callisto being a well-known known gold farming boss. The risk of the account being reported for suspicious behavior is now exponentially higher.

I also ask the moderation team to consider that Glacier clearly showed no duty of care to the account because he so brazenly risked getting it banned for obvious gold farming and real-world trading whilst he was playing. I now have to genuinely consider going to a new and reputable provider at significant further expense to train up a new account from scratch.
Finally, to bring issue back to the missing loot earned from the Callisto KC, I would also like the moderation team to consider Glacier’s off platform behavior when he deceptively attempted to offer me a paltry 212.1m GP for the Callisto KC loot claiming that the moderation team and Apollo had agreed that’s what he still owed me (baring in mind he hasn’t acknowledged the outstanding value of the other damages he’s caused) of which I provided video evidence of to the moderation team.

Dealing with Glacier in trying to get fairly recompensed for all of the separate damages he’s caused has been like pulling teeth and he simply refutes or ignores all evidence and claims provided whilst providing either insufficient or no evidence at all to the contrary, so I am also asking the moderation team to consider all that I have provided and help bring this matter to it’s fair and final conclusion.

I appreciate that this is a very lengthy post but is the only way I can conclude the facts and evidence in a way that is clear and concise for all parties to consider. I would also urge moderation to look through my previous posts, my reports and my provided excel sheets, images and videos with a fine comb to come to a conclusion here.

I believe that compensation should be calculated on one basis, not both. The Callisto KC was completed during the membership period covered by the bonds. If I am compensating for the Callisto loot generated during that period, then I do not understand why I should also be required to reimburse the full cost of the bonds for the same timeframe. In my view, that would result in double compensation for the same period.

Additionally, it is undisputed that 44% of the work was completed. I was willing to continue and complete the service, but I was no longer able to do so after access to the account ended. I therefore respectfully ask that the completed work also be taken into account and that I receive fair compensation for the 44% that was completed, while any proven liability on my part is calculated separately and fairly.

My intention is not to avoid responsibility. I simply ask that the final calculation fairly reflects both parties' proven claims and avoids compensating the same alleged loss twice.

I disagree with that characterization. I have not ignored the evidence. Throughout this dispute, I have responded to the claims made against me, admitted the mistakes that I have made, and provided all of the evidence that is still available to me, including my RuneLite screenshots. If I had additional evidence, I would have submitted it. I respectfully ask the @Techie to assess both parties' evidence objectively and bring this matter to a fair and final conclusion.
