    Yes he's a well-known scammer, I really laugh at people that are stupid enough to pay him upfront although he has 0 vouches (he just says that he has 3 vouches..).

    The point is that his account in paypal is verified so it will became blocked when i escaleted it into paypal claim (he will loose all his money ,i can SE`d very well). I just wanted to give some proofs to people here :)
    P.S : I will try to ask paypal if they can contact the cops because of his many scams :)
