this is the absolute largest exit scam i think ive ever seen from a major discord where even 1 singular plugin costs 1b.

Due to the ongoing c&d's and dmca's jagex are sending out we ultimately decided to close hydratech.

As per HydraTech's TOS that all users agreed to when opening a ticket (they had to accept tos before they can type or do anything within the ticket):

4- Products and Usage All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. A usage licence must be purchased for you to be able to use any of our Services. If the usage licence is time-limited, the usage licence will be limited to the agreed-upon duration and will expire thereafter. The licence and/or Services will be bound to your HWID unless stated otherwise. Hydra Technologies will not be held liable in any circumstance for any damage caused by ill use of said Services or its related materials and we may permanently terminate or temporarily suspend your access to the Service

6 - Refunds Policy All sales are final and no refund will be issued

 

Nowhere did it state that when I joined and just like every other server there’s a TON of writing that nobody actually reads, also might I add in my video there are 4 different discords and they all don’t have the same ToS, also I asked for a refund multiple times and was laughed at. (I never even got to use the auto agility, tithe farm, or the auto sara i purchased, I NEVER got to use those at all. ) Those plugins alone were 1b , the rest all together was well around 3-4B, ToS is out of the window when you completely nuke a server without telling the customer anything at all. Also when I made complaints about some of the plugins not working properly I was also just made fun of, this doesn’t even count all the downtime which was pretty much constant when you couldn’t even launch hydratech. Don’t hide behind ToS tactics when you nuke 4 different discord servers at once after selling me 4b in plugins which half I NEVER got to use.
