Donating by cash by mail?

I'm from Australia and I cant Donate by PP so do I send the cash in an Envlope or what? and do I pay in AUD or USD? And when I send the cash do I put a note saying like Shaaaaun from sythe or something simillar?

I would advise buying RSGP with the money via PP/MB/Bank transfer or whatever other method, then speaking to Nick or FireZ and donate 13m for $5 rank then use PP and donate the other $20 if you like, the easiest option, though if you wanna donate via mail, the above advise will help considerably.
