Does this work (free rs money)?

Hey guys,
My friend recently told me about this site that apparently can get you free gp. He said that you have to click some links, invite some friends, and the usual stuff you do for these offers, and eventually, once you've saved up enough, you'll be able to get an Xbox, PS3, or even gaming gold, including Runescape. Now, the site looks legitimate, but I haven't made an account yet. Have any of you guys been here before, and does it actually work?
