    Trouble recovering an account.

So i bought an account off this website a long time ago, like 3 months ago. I recently changed the password but has forgotten and im trying to recover.

For some reason my email didnt register (even though there was no previous email registered).

I have ALL the recoveries ( seeing as they are my own and there were none before )

I have ALL the payment details, creation ips, previous ips, dates. BUT. I have mixed up passwords of other accounts with this account so...

Im trying to recover it using the password it was previously. This is my statement below
Last login from blahblah, blahblah, blaHBLah 1234 using Google Chrome: ip: insertipaddresshere. Payment ph. 12341234. Forgot password. Paypal: [email protected] IGN: insertnamehere Last logged in before September. Created 2007-2009. Recoveries Set Aug 20-30 2011.

Any tips, still not being accepted

They can be picky about recoveries sometimes. You said you might have passwords mixed up from other accounts? Just make sure you're using the riht ones, and keep trying to send the appeal in. Also the exact creation date would probably help you alot.

That's why you dont buy accounts. It helps to use a proxy from where the original owner lives or a vpn while recovering and just say in the note's section you got hacked.

I say just use all of the info which you probably did. Doing multiple submissions lowers chance of getting back.

Probably won't be able to recover it if the account isn't yours.

Personally I'd just steer away from buying accounts, but that's just me.

Just try and match the information as best you can, then keep trying.

    Trouble recovering an account.

It isn't necessarily recovered. Ironically the moment i change my password i forgot it. I'll keep trying, the VPN method seems useful. Any ways of locating someone using email or their sythe account?

You need to use a proxy from where he lives, don't even bother trying otherwise. I recently moved to another place with a new IP and wasn't able to recover my own account on which I've been playing since 2004, until I used a proxy.

    Trouble recovering an account.

Theres the thing, previous passwords/creation details.
Jagex relies on Creation Details and First Passwords to porve your the original owner and creator

    Trouble recovering an account.

I defintly noticed the recovery system has become harder to recover. One of my accounts was hacked and took 4-5 attempts when only 1 with barely any details was required.

Has added the "move house" information. Realising the seller is from australia although I am unsure of the state. Good luck to me

    Trouble recovering an account.

Hmm, that is tricky. Do you have any way to contact the person who sold it to you all those months ago? If they are the original owner of the account, it is very possible that they will be able to recover on their IP address if you provide them with the basic details. When Jagex recognizes the creation IP, it will increase the chances of them giving the account back tenfold.

If you are not able to contact the seller though, I would just keep sending appeals and rack your brain for information to ensure you have the correct passwords and recovery questions. Having everything as accurate as possible would be your best bet, as I really cannot think of any quick solution to this.
