    is this legit or not?
    1) No RS Bot/DDoSer/Hacker/Whatever on YouTube is legit
    2) Note the amount of dislikes
    3) Note that you can't comment without getting it approved first

    tl;dr

    NOT legit.

    Plus, DDoSing is illegal..
