    Question about MB

So if I live in the United States, I can't use MoneyBookers to receive, but can I use it to send payments to other people?

I'm not quite sure how it works.

    Question about MB

I think it works like a scam free system where you can't charge back. Once the person sends the money and the other person picks it up, there is no way to charge a claim back over it like you can with PayPal. Moneybookers is considered safer than PayPal but is not a commonly used as PayPal. In response to your question, you can send payments to other people I would've thought.

I don't use the service myself so the above may not be 100 correct.
