Why is it, that a site based around black market trading... Needs proof of keys purchase? It's not like it makes this site anymore illegal than it already is.

But its ok for someone to sell 40 Steam accounts, Just because they have pics of the accounts ? How and where did they get these accounts ? Possession is nine-tenths of the law This principle can be restated as: "in a property dispute (whether real or personal), in the absence of clear and compelling testimony or documentation to the contrary, the person in actual possession of the property is presumed to be the rightful owner. The key /code/ account is presumed to be yours, unless someone can prove that it is not.

You're terrible at this. I asked a question, your answer just says the same thing. "You must provide scans"

WHY? Was the question, this is the black market, someone is allowed to sell LoL and Steam accounts, but can't sell keys and codes without PoP. Tell me why, explain why? Don't just say we need scans. The keyword is "Why"
