Due to the recent anti-bot update i think that in a little while gold prices are going to go way up. I think the exchange rate already is very low. I believe it would be more fair to change it to a .50m/1$ ratio.

    Just a suggestion

The GP/$ ratio is determined by the person managing RSGP donations (Nick/FireZ).

Personally I think the current pricing is very fair ($0.43/M), I was actually surprised it was set that high considering the fact that myself and other bulk buyers are consistently purchasing RSGP for even less than that.

When using the services of Nick/FireZ you're not buying any gold, you're selling it for a donor rank.

The way donations works is Nick sends Matthew a bunch of money via mail (this is called a bond). Nick then collects GP from everybody and sells it off in bulk prices, for basically no profit. If he rose the donation price, he would have to get the same amount for the GP he receives, hassle-free, otherwise he takes a big risk.

To be honest I think it's really fair right now, just remember that you're donating to Sythe... it doesn't matter about the prices.

We set the gp rates with the market, we don't control the rates, the market does.

Thanks for the feedback, but I do try to adjust the price. It was increased by 10% a few days ago, and we'll see where it goes from here. Thanks.
