    He can't use any canes as a skiller, they require attack levels.

    I'd simply buy a rare (preferably the dearest one you can afford while still keeping enough to skill with), then base your outfit around that.

    I've always love the royal set, with purple gloves and boots, and a blue clan banner cloak and vexillium. That is at least what I am rocking right now.
