Use price check forums. As a result of all the 99's brought in to the game from the years of epic bots, most people don't really care about 99's, let alone 95-96. It is worth like 10m maybe lol

 

Less than 10m. I could maybe see 99 being 10m+

 

My guess is between 8M-11M. (If you're lucky).
