Briefly explain the trade: Tried to buy 300M RSGP and he was dragging it on idk about an hour and a half. so i cut up the boring and useless parts and highlighted important stuff in the vid, also a screenie of him saying he scams.

How they scammed: Said he was going to sell me 300M RSGP and he never delivered claiming someone else was trying to buy all his gp, and he was trying to sell all his items, overall stalling for about an hour and a half.
