    Hello, please route this accordingly if not the correct location. More so wanting to share my experience and potentially a trade with caution or other type of warning to protect others.

    Amount scammed:300~mil and perma ban on a main account

    Explanation of the trade: I had purchased a quests and skilling. Agility training was something I purchased, worker was logged .
    How they scammed: I was logged off briefly during a at lava strykwyrms, which time sira service worker signed on and died at agility wildy course. This was a 300m loss in gear and a fire cape. In attempt to repay the amount lost, I received a perma ban and appeal was denied.

    Hello @Slay4MaryJ,

    From the screenshots provided it's not clear how the gold was transferred. It appears Sira or their manager/worker attempted to find a safe trading solution. Unfortunately there is always a chance to receive a RWT ban, regardless of how cautious you are. I don't see any signs of poor trading practices.

    If you have anything to add, please let me know. If not, then there's unfortunately nothing we can do here.

    Hi @Zora - sythe mods Id like to clarify a few important points

    First the worker made a mistake by entering the Wilderness without realizing the account still had gear equipped We acknowledged that mistake immediately The actual loss was significantly less than 300m but despite that we compensated the customer with over 300m in value and also offered a 30% lifetime discount on future orders as a goodwill gesture.

    The customer accepted the compensation and continued using our services multiple times after this incident. If he was unhappy with our resolution he had every opportunity to stop using our services yet he chose to return.

    Regarding the RWT ban the timeline is also important The death occurred in early March Proof while the account was banned at the end of May (roughly two to three months later) During the compensation process we even offered multiple repayment methods to reduce any potential risk including:
    • Drop trade
    • PK kill
    • Tip Jar
    • Bond gifts
    • Direct IRL payment
    The customer chose to receive compensation and we did everything we reasonably could to accommodate him

    There is no evidence that the RWT ban months later was caused by our compensation. Between March and the end of May, the account owner had full control of the account and we cannot be held responsible for any trades or activities that occurred during that period

    We resolved the gold loss in good faith months ago and the customer continued ordering from us afterward Bringing up the resolved incident only after receiving an unrelated RWT ban does not establish that our compensation caused the ban.

    The gold lost initially was purchased safely through bonds on the RuneScape page, and I shared that I wanted bonds purchased through the RuneScape page on my account to compensate but the only offer similar to this was to trade me bonds instead of buying them on the account. To offer me usd value of gold at their Gp selling price when I purchased safely through bonds is not an even trade.
    Additionally it’s suspected that the loss in the wilderness was done as a way to obtain gold from the account that was purchased safely through bonds, as the person who killed the account in the wilderness also appeared in the house when Gp was being placed in the tip jar by their mule, which had an rsn of hessellin, when I asked that a high level main be used. The account was not a high level main and had a name that made the transfer less safe.
    Also to add, I continued using their services because i had an order outstanding for multiple 99s to be achieved and the order was only partially finished. To this time I still have not been compensated for the unfinished order. The ban also occurred roughly 30 days after the tip jar placement occurred. I am only posting about this now because this is the only time I’ve had available to put aside to alert on this, to them it is their job, but to me it’s still just a game. It’s more for awareness for anyone thinking to allow them on their account with valuable items.
