Need advice on getting 138 Combat - $230 budget

I've been training hard on my main for the last year, but now that i have been given $230 to spend by my parents, i am not sure what to invest in. I am considering buying a level 138 but i am reluctant to because i've spent a long time training my main legit, and 99+ dungeoneering is a thing not many 138 accounts on the market have.

So i will probably buy GP to spend on raw materials (herbs, bones, spirit shards)

Give me a quote on how much GP this money will buy me. I would also appreciate it if someone gave me the full list of requirements to complete The temple at Sennisten.

$230 assuming your buying the gp from a trusted sythe seller like King or R2 youd be paying around 65 cents per mill. so thats just under 353m. Which would get you 99 Prayer and probably summoning too..

However, your doing fine, I suggest save the money. You already know how to get 99's.

Try looking for good guides on training summoning and prayer those skills will take time. . Or alterantly your could use the money to make money on sythe invest in a business or buy and sell gp for profits..

The best advice for you is this;

Buy GP and level; Herblore to 96 and pray to 95. Work out how much that will cost @ like 50-60c/mil. Use tip.it or something. You can even do bloods run deep and those quests for BIG XP first and then buy it..

Now with your Turm/SS/ovld's you can get 99 summ and a good flow of GP to buy the rest of the buyables. Maybe you can splurge and chin, burst/barrage at ape apotol as well to cap those 99s. you would only need ahrims/karils which is like 10mil

Hope this helped. Maybe with the $230 you can also not spend it all on RS. Even $115 you will still get a nice stash. Go buy something nice for yourself - new headphones, shoes, i dunno..

I'd get up prayer/herblore, and sell the guthans and get at least 68 summoning.

 

Harsh man, it's actually not bad at all. It has a good base and the exact dunge lvl where dunge actually becomes good for my weps/armour. Useless skills can stay low for now. People probably read over the legit part.

I'd suggest buying maye 100-200M, and saving the rest of the cash, or buying yourself something nice IRL. You worked hard on your account, and it's best that you continue to do so. Buying accounts is pretty shady unless the person is heaps trusted.

Bossing also gets you some pretty quick cash, if you don't mind grinding it out.

I would work on getting a firecape - dragon defender and 99 defence.

 

Don't waste your real money on a game thats my advice.

 

Right now i'm only aiming at maxed melee stats - which are 99 flats, overloads turmoil 96 summoning. I don't see much reason not to spend the whole lot on runescape because i already have the little gadgets i need. And i personally want the most i can get, because once i'm 138 i'll need some good gear for fighting bosses.

I'll take the questing into account because i've only got 115 Quest points.

In runescape wiki you can see the needed quests in a tree style, which is very useful, because you can know which quests you have to do first and which later.

$230 can get about 420m GP ($0.55/M).

Lvl 99 pray should cost about 220m GP, if you use infernal ashes and g altar or some type of bones.

Lvl 99 herblore should cost 200m, but it really depends how fast you want lvl 99. If you can take the slow road, then it is close to 0 gp. If you take the fast road, it gets expensive. Tipit has a good calculator on calculating herblore prices.

 

1st advice - DON'T buy an account. You already have a very good main to start with and probably the account you buy would just get recovered.

2nd advice - Don't buy gold for .65/mil. You can find it for 0.5$ easily which would come out to be 460M. But I still suggest not to spend everything on this game if anything at all. But thats your choice.

3rd advice - Get ATLEAST 68 Summoning but I would highly recommend Pack Yak since it makes training alot of skills faster.

This is a very good account but I don't think you should spend like $230.00 on it as it is just a game.

 

Buy 400m
Get 96 herb for under 100m with serum 207's. (100k xp/hour)
Spend 100m on 95 prayer (you don't need any higher)
Spend the rest on barraging lobs and summoning
You should have 100mish left over
Give it to me

 

Are you sure serum 207 is 100k per hour?!

And how much would rock lobs cost to get 96 summ?

 

In your situation first I would buy gold, then I would level summoning by bursting rock lobs which also gets you magic exp as a bonus or as I did do 50/50 Mage defense exp so your training your melee while maging.

When your bored or need a break switch to leveling herblore or prayer.

Herblore is really expensive at the moment if you want to level it at any kind of pace. I have had to do super str and then Sara brews both have a fairly good supply but also a big loss. Prior to super str I did pray pots.

Don't buy an account or gold.

I'd suggest getting a group and go to GW and start your GP earning there.

 

Personally I'd say earn your RSGP yourself, achievement is greater and will save you IRL money.

If anything, invest into updating your computer, make it nice and quick.

 

With lots of money herblore and construction and prayer are nice 99s as they are some of the most expensive and gp price is roughly .50-.60 per m
