Might've got scammed by 150 voche guy

To sum it all up so I can get some respons from you people I just like to put it out like this.

The event went down pretty much like.

I ask for him to send me 1$ on paypal just to confirm he got money on there.
I receive the 1$ and then we trade.
Since he's "trustworthy" 150 vouche guy with 2k posts I'm the one to give him the White Partyhat first. Afterwards he'll send me the money through paypal (1070$).
Said and done I trade him the hat and then he instantly types "wtf" saying I declined.
But in my chat-log it said Trade Accepted.
We arguee for a while and he call me a scammer for 1$ etc etc and then he say we'll talk about it in 4 hours when he gets back.
And now I'm here. So anyone got any idea/tip on what to do? Should I accept being scammed or should I talk this through?
