CnC on My next Sig

This is definitely going to be my next sig & ava, I like how it looks, but any small improvements and just general CnC is welcome

In my opinion these isn't enough... Uh... Continuity. It doesn't flow and mesh well and kind of looks like text slapped over a mess. There is no theme I guess is what I am getting at.

 

What theme should there be exactly? What I'm basically going for is a mess that looks cool + a few nice PS effects, though you can't see any of them right now

And I should ask, is this an improvment on my current sig or not?

 

The text falls into the background.

Try adding some gradients or work on your lighting, it really looks very flat right now. As Emperor said, it's lacking a theme. It's difficult to tell you what the theme should be considering you made it, but try focusing more on the depth because it's currently very difficult to distinguish between the different elements.

Edit: Does the red Isocahedron count as a theme?

 

Signature: Don't like the red bits that branch off the top, nor the red soft brushing in the second preview. The white background stuff needs some different tones and darker areas, and I'm not sure about the font choice.

Avatar: Cool icosahedron shape, but I think the font again needs to be something more "digital" and less rune/tribal/goth whatever it currently is.

 

Thanks Spray. I'm probably going to keep the red things at the top. I'll think of another font. I just kinda like that one

 

The red icosahedron helped it quite a bit. Definitely take out the white blur though, it's disrupting the depth of the piece. Try make it bigger,, it can act as a focal point.

 

Added a (Hopefully) Final draft I will probably move the bottom text to appear more centered
Changed the Avatar to match, but didn't post

 

Bump? If I don't receive a reply by tomorrow, I'm going to go for V2 w/ some V3 edits and begin my thread revamp

 

The last image which I assume is going to be your avatar looks great.

if you don't realize that he will resize it later to make it a better size for a tag...you shouldn't even be posting...
