You redeem them at dewxp.com and then you can assign the xp to what gamer ID you want

 

It says the codes work but It says,

So I think I will wait until I get the game to leave feedback and vouch. To avoid me vouching then you use the codes..

once you put the codes on the dewxp account he can't take them. Even if you don't apply them to your gamertag yet.
