TWC? why?

    TWC? why?
    I haven't been around in a while.. has to do with me joining the military and other rl stuff. I come back and notice that I have a TWC. Why is this?

    If I can remember correctly, I believe it has to do with me (a while ago) being reported for buying RSGP higher than I was selling. What the person reporting me forgot was two crucial facts: dates and fluctuating rsgp.
