Coinshare Scam.

Briefly explain the trade: Was Originally going to be $200.00 for the trade, but we came to a separate agreement where I paid in advance, and pay the rest back a few days later. I was unable to purchase the account, so gave him all of the account information left with everything intact on the account.

How they scammed: After talking with him, he said he wasn't able to repay the money because he lost it dicing. I've been texting him for the past 5+ days with no response.

He currently has possesion of my account and HAS had possession since he gave me the 150M. We agreed to trade and the only reason he is filing a dispute is because he is having "troubles" with his bank. As you can see from my thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1257500 we had already agreed to a deal. He decided to back out and since I was in posession of the 150M it was mine UNTIL he paid me. Therefore, when he finishes paying me off I will return the 150M that was originally his.

He admitted to me that he is a ban evader under the previous account "Call me idk" or "Call me dk", something of that nature. I also didn't reply to his texts because I had a busy week and I clearly told him. I told him that I wasn't on my computer 24/7 and that he has to wait so I could reply to him.

Since he backed out of the trade whilst we had already agreed upon a deal it is not my problem if he wants "his" 150M back. He has the account already and when he finishes paying me off I'll give him all of the recovery details.

You would rarely respond, only after I hounded you about returning my money. I didn't touch anything on the account and left it the way I you had given it to me. I sent you a text the next day, saying that I wasn't able to purchase it anymore due to the lack of funds. You said, OK and didn't respond. I've had no conversations with you in the past few weeks, in which cases I've made 2 sales on sythe with Kero. I've given you time to sell the account but it makes no effort that your attempting to do so. Regardless of whether or not you get a ban from this, you still owe me my 150M.

 

I've banned Coinshare. He shall refund you the 150m to be unbanned. It's not his money to use until the trade was completed (in other words a legal contract).

Coinshare will get his account back (Love told me it's the same password).
