Obby Maul Tank

Are these still around? Do you have one, have you had one, what do you think?

 

I never had one so idk but they are not around at all. Haven't seen one in the wild for weeks/months.

Never saw one. But what Rs4RentMoney said use a hand cannon tank they make a beast combo.

Vengence + Smite + Hand Cannon Spec = KO

 

I used to have one back in the day. It was sick. 1/99/40. I think I had 75 or so range for a firecape and ofc failed pray (to get firecape) but hey it was fun to pk on. If I'm not mistaken, I actually got a torso on it too. ^_^

Not sure if they can stand up to all the different types of pures today though.

 

They're still around but not as popular as they once were.

They're usually 1 att 99 str 40-70 def and maybe some range for comboing.

The most common form is where you wear:

D med helm
Rune pl8
D skirt
D boots/climbing boots
RFD gloves/combat necklace
Glory
Obby cape
slayer staff -> obby maul

 

Yeah they are, I've been looking around trying to buy one, haha.

70 cb (was 69 cb with 73 hp)
In a way I wish I stayed 65 def because I could've still used bandos and got 31 prayer and still been 69 cb, but I still KO maxed pures on the daily.

I've had an obby mauler and have fought against obby tanks and they're pretty bad ass no doubt.
