    It seems everyone uses Playerauctions cause its "safe"

    You could ask them to verify your ID another way
    their 24/7 live chat support could help you out quickly
    they MAY ask you to email them a picture of a state-issued ID
    They will NOT ask you to have anything like a notorized birth certificate, (BLIZZARD actually asked me for this once to get my WoW account unlocked)
