Paypal Problem:( Help

Recently been in a dispute with this Sythe member http://sythe.org/member.php?u=318322 he is banned now. The reason is i went first to him in trade for 175m for $86 via paypal but he did not deliver the gp. Once he received the money he deleted me from msn so i filed a dispute. What are the chances of me winning the dispute? i have screen shots of all chat logs etc. I logged onto Paypal to see that he commented

What happens next

I am really concerned because it seems like he is doing something to get my money. I would really like it back because he did not deliver anything to me. Please comment on what you think this is urgent..

 

If you mentioned rs then you're screwed. If you sent it was a gift, change your password and claim unauthorized transaction. If its not a gift then claim it was for some cds or something. Just don't mention intangible goods. If you need anymore help then pm me.

 

How did you pay? From paypal balance or through bank or visa?

If it's through bank/visa you can do a chargeback.

Otherwise you will lose.
Why? Because the reciever stated it was for virtual goods and those are not coverd by paypal buyer/seller protection.

And no paypal will not review the pictures and proof you send.

Wow...lost the dispute because paypal doesnt cover virtual goods? sad...I NEED HELP im in the resolution center thing. Any suggestions on what to do here?
