Summoning doesn't affect one's combat level in wild, and 4 prayer levels didn't raise the combat level either... he is stiill 97 but now he is 97+12 with 2 more 99 skills that are rare. Explain how I made it "basically a target for rape" when everyone teles from me cause they see my titan/pack yak. 2 more 99's, no combat levels, where is the 50% account value coming in?

This account was earlier recovered by Pabs from me and Perfecticus, after we bought it for 500$ of I Honey I, one of the older TLP officials I believe. I can get Perfecticus to confirm that on these forums.

Evidence guys... You make claims but the fact is 1) either you didn't make a ban report or you didn't have sufficient evidence to get ' Pabs banned because the fact is he was never banned. 2) It is likely that you charged back and he recovered his account. 3) I have never had any problems with him, we're friends on facebook and rarely talk now as he quit rs (which is obvious because he cancelled his membership on the pure i gave him) and rarely gets on facebook. 4) He's a cool dude.

Show me the evidence guys and then I'll confront him about it, but until then, you post on this thread again I'll have the comment deleted and potentionally have you temp. banned for false accusations/slander and such.

Also, you should take it up with I Honey I as he was the median between the trade. Perhaps he charged back or something. There is too much speculation in your claims.

That doesn't prove anything as it is completely irrelevant of Runescape. There is no detail for what you are purchasing, the original owner's name is not Sam. The only piece of evidence you do have is you know the login, but that doesn't disprove what I said.

Get real evidence within 24 hours or I'll have your posts removed and you temp banned. I want to help you, but I can't do anything until you show me you are telling the truth. You need sufficient evidence (which you don't have) so I have to assume you are lying.

Would you mind asking him about the 600m that was on the account upon recovery?

I will try to contact Sam for the payment for the actual account,
but I believe Pabs was the person who recovered the account and
found it with all the gold I had put onto it just days before.

 

1) you said 500m+ bank before, which generally means the wealth is closer to 500m than 600m
2) I'll ask but I can't guarantee the results you want as he probably accepted that rsgp as a settlement for having his account sold without his authorization. Basically what I'm saying is that you're probably out 500m and the $500 and should ask for reimbursement from I Honey I, not Pabs. But like I said, I'll ask.

 

It was a rough estimation, I know that I put over 500m from one of my mules, but the account after botting at cave horrors had profited well over 100m.

I believe there was close to 500m cash plus approximately 100m in items.

Pabs should know a better number, given that he took the stuff off the account before selling it.

Seeing as he confirmed that he was aknowledged that the account was sold without his permission, the wealth on the account should be reimbursed from Pabs, regarding the (paypal) money itself, it would have to be Sam/I Honey I.

When I bought the account, there was less than 30m wealth, when I lost it, it had well over 500m.

 

Remember though, that you did not bother to ask if it was within Sam's right to sell the account, therefore Pabs may claim that any changes made to the account, wealth or stats, is something he has to accept. In this case both the changes benefited him, but I doubt you would be so ready to reimburse him had he possessed 500m when you bought the account and you lost it all.

 

Obviously I asked if the seller of the account was the original owner,
I even made sure that all the information the person provided the account
was valid and made sure I could recover the account successfully before purchasing.

I had no idea that it was not Sams account, it seemed like it was in many ways.

I had no clue someone else was the owner of the account.

I just feel unfortunate that I would lose close to $1k when most of the people
involved in it seems legitimate.

I lost all the money to Pabs, the account had 600m+ when Pabs himself recovered it.
I dont know what he did with the money, or if he let the money be on the acc when he sold it to you?

Regardless, he got the money I put on the account.

 

Either way, I'll ask but I doubt he'll give you anything, even if he did take the 600m. Either way, it's on you for not double checking that it was I Honey I's account.
