    My PayPal got Limited.
    I am from UK, but been abroad in my home country for about 6 months now. Basically it's a third world country and I went and got my PayPal Limited because I was too lazy to use my VPN.

    I need to send them Proof of ID and Proof of Address, the ID is not a problem but I all my letters I have with me are more than 6 months old which goes against their TOS.

    The account has $50 on it which I desperately need to start my newest domain.

    What can I do to get it unlimited or somehow transfer onto a new account. Also it can be Unlimited in the hands of someone who lives UK/US as I can still change the details. Am I allowed to trade a PayPal account on sythe?

    Someone help please.

    Get a bank statement they usually have your address on.
