Continue Main or Range Tank?

I got a main with 99 attack/97 strength and 80 defense. Or should I continue my range tank with 70 range/70 defense. I was wanting a account I can do PVM on and that I can PK on. Thats where the range tank shines, Although I could just Pk on my main, its 118cb in wild. 94 Hp, 95 prayer, 80 def, 99 attack, 97 str. Its kind of like a upgraded barrows pure with its 80 defence..

What would you do if you were me?

I'd finish your Range Tank and then use both accounts to do whatever the fuck you feel like doing. I don't see the predicament here.
