After numerous PayPal messages sent to this seller, I requested that they refunded my money as I wanted to avoid any further risks. This morning I received a refund in full with an apology on the refund note.

While I understand that I may be just a user, I am also responsible for having this user banned and that perhaps the timing was bad for them and what they claimed was in fact true. I cannot say for certain.

Anywho.. the purpose of this thread is to request that the user gets unbanned but is flagged with TWC until someone else can report them as officially being scammed w/out refund etc.

However, I would like to personally thank the staff for doing their moderation and banning the user based on factual presented evidence. For that, I am greatly appreciative.

Oh and for whatever it's worth, the user did not contact me asking me to appeal their ban. I am doing this out of my own good will and kindness because they refunded me as per request.

 

If he scammed once he'll most likely scam again.
