Isn't that the only bot that is currently up and running? Or is there another bot?

    Anyone remember SCAR? ;)

I heard that SCAR still works, but, I thought it was easily detectable as of now.

I think RiD will still work, never used them because of how expensive they were and that you had to pay in hours.

SCAR still works, and there IS still a community around it. We have moved on from SCAR to something we developed ourselves, Simba. Our bots still work, because we use color in our script.

We are SRL, and can be found through a simple google search

There are other bots apart from RiD as mentioned above, RiD isn't cheap though as it's pay per hour. Then again if I had one of the few bots that worked after the update I would rise my prices.

RiD, Simba, and SCAR are the only bots left, and RiD isn't as expensive as you would think. Credits are universal so they can be used on any of their 11 bots, and it costs about the same per 99 as you would pay for other Nexus or RSBuddy bots. Now the only choice is to either buy RiD credit, learn to script SCAR/Simba, or pay out the ass for someone to make you a SCAR/Simba bot.

Seeing as it's one the best botting services out there and how expensive it is I would've though that they do do randoms, be a good idea to check though.

They solve about 55% of randoms, and RiD is always working on adding more. If it gets a random it can't solve, it logs out, meaning there is no risk to your account for failed randoms

Apparently colour bots are also soon to be dealt with.

I'm really glad they followed through with the updates.

It's impossible to kill RiD, it plays runescape just like a human does, with human mousemovements, through the real rs client, etc.

I know people close with Jagex ICU and they have mentioned every bot EXCEPT RiD in their hunt for bots.

Incorrect good sir. The SRL community is devoted to all things Simba, and our scripts are 100% free. We actually disallow any type of purchased script trading in our community. A simple google search will lead you to our site, villavu.

I don't know why people keep believing Jacomb, he's full of shit and his site is a testimonial to that. The coders at Jagex are 10x better then him and they only hired him so his bot that mainly gets abused by gold farmers doesn't come back in a month.
RiD is okay but it's very expensive, only use it on your main if you're going to use it.

Why pay for RiD or even simpler, why pay for bots when you haven Simba? It has always been free, I find it ridiculous to pay for bots lol...

Obviously you have no idea how much time goes into coding a bot, you expect everything in life to be free.

Yeah, the core alone of RiD's bots is 30,000 lines of code, or 30klocs for short. All 11 bots combined with the core add up to around 110,000-120,000 lines of code. Now tell me that you would want to give a bot with that much work in it for free, and we still give you 2 free bots.

I was pointing out that he was a leecher, I support open source where you have a community of contributors. But guys like him are useless where ever they go, they just leech without ever giving back. Also the reason RiD costs money is because he has to pay for server costs because of his blackbox security he has in place.

Quantity does not necessarily means quality. If it really has that incredible amount of code lines, then It's a really waste of lines! Simba does pretty much the same and maybe better with less than a half of those lines. I once wrote a Willow chopper and banker in ~300 lines, it got me 99 woodcutting and 66K of willow logs. No bans, no warnings and it costed me 0 dollars. You could say my script sucked for having so little code, but it did the job and did it pretty well!
Excuse me? I'm not a leecher in any way. I have coded scripts for almost 4 years and enjoy doing it. I don't do it for money, not for pins, not for gpes. It's the satisfaction of making a successful project and seeing other people using it that makes you want to create more scripts. Not only Runescape scripts I have made, I also contributed in the making of Simba. I've made some Delphi programs too. So please don't say I'm a leecher if you don't even know me.
