"RSGP" is for the people in Australia and Canada who do not have PayPals. So I have them buy RSGP with the money they would buy with PayPal, and trade me that instead. I lose money in the end, when I sell the money back to the company. But glad there are kids out there who love to tell people not to buy accounts because of their "hunches".
