1,406 - Priest in Peril (doing as pre quest)
1,500 - Fur 'n' Seek (req wish list)
2,000 - Mountain Daughter (bearmask req blood runs deep)
2,000 - Land of the Goblins (req chosen commander [Zanik's crossbow])
2,400 - Ghosts Ahoy (doing for Ectophial)
3,000 - Another Slice of H.A.M. (doing as a sub quest)
5,000 - Rag and Bone Man 2 (the skull or bone bag)
5,000 - Spirit of Summer (CMT req summers end)
6,000 - The Great Brain Robbery (50 prayer)
7,000 - Rum Deal (47 prayer so no)
7,000 - Dealing with Scabaras (prequest to get avas alerter)
8,000 - Spirits of the Elid (i see no reason to)
10,000 - Summer's End (no 55 prayer)
10,000 - Swan Song (fishing monks)

13,750 - Goblin High Priest miniquest (what?)

I've finished what I think is the proper way to quest to 45 prayer. I looked all over and couldn't find anything that was meant for tanks.
