    The worker involved in this case has been fully paid according to the staff's final decision. I complied with all instructions given by staff and resolved all outstanding matters related to this case.

    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

    Events:
    This situation originated from a dispute with a worker on my OSRS services server. The worker violated our internal rules, which led me to make management decisions that were not aligned with Sythe's standards regarding worker payments and disputes.

    Although I initially believed I was acting according to my own service terms, I understand now that Sythe's rules and expectations take priority when conducting business with Sythe users. After staff intervention, I fully cooperated, complied with all instructions, and paid all amounts required to resolve the matter.

    Sorry:
    I sincerely apologize to the staff team and the community for allowing this situation to escalate. I never intended to avoid payment obligations or cause harm to anyone. Looking back, I should have handled the dispute differently and sought clarification from staff earlier instead of relying solely on my own internal policies.

    Reimbursement:
    I have fully complied with the staff's decision and resolved all payments related to this case. There are no outstanding debts remaining.

    It won't happen again:
    This experience has taught me an important lesson about managing workers and disputes involving Sythe users. Going forward, I will ensure that all worker agreements and disputes are handled in a way that fully complies with Sythe's rules and expectations, and I will seek staff guidance before taking any action that could result in a dispute.
