Buying Xbox 360 Slim 250gb!

I'm looking to buy a 250gb Xbox 360 slim. I'm not looking to spend over $200. We will use an OMM. I will be paying by cash via mail. I will not send/receive anywhere outside of the US. The console must come with everything needed for it to run (cords/at least 1 controller etc.). You will cover shipping, I will cover OMM fees. A few games I'm looking for the console to come with:

I'd sell my slim for 210, it's roughly a month and a half old, good shape, controller and cords with it. Also can sell the following games for extra:

You won't get anything with an old console +120gig drive for $100. You'll be lucky to find just conesole and HDD for $100.
