Need Help Please ;P

Hey guys,

Recently one of my Runescape accounts was breached. The valuable items were all taken, but the password was the same, recovery questions left alone and no email registered.

I took a screenshot of the IP address (since it wasn't mine).

Anyway, this is what I found via the IP address:

Nobis Technology Group Phoenix

I've done research as to what they do, I'm still a little puzzled.

I'm just very confused as to why he only logged onto one of my characters and how they did it.

If anyone knows anything about this company, could you please shed some light?

The IP looks like a private (virtual) server. So you can report it to the provider, but... you don't have logs or anything besides the screenshot of the game. They can't do anything anyways.

Maybe you fell for a phishing email?
