Read some tutorials, join Planet Renders forum and start posting, and have fun with it. You're making a lot of beginner mistakes, so you should really look at some starter tuts.

 

Total agree, there are hellalot of tutorials out there.

You should definitely work on your way of picking colours and the way of makeing your tags, it currently looks very messy and the focal doesn't really pop out too well, just try to not make it this busy, keep the colours cool and chill, don't try to overdo it; Overdoing is killing.
