    I understand this is taking way longer than expected, org owner still didn't have time to go there, he's back in country from work trip, just he is another city now, because that old location with IP address was where he used to live with his parents. I really just need a bit more time for him to be able to get there so we can contact Jagex for the 4th time to find out what happened. When filling 3rd attempt we didn't even ask to transfer account to his email, I don't know why customer got that email. I was talking in Jagex livechat myself, I said that account wasn't hijacked and I have access to both emails and asking for them to unlock it, I can try to get screenshots of that as well and share with mods if needed, I am honestly just trying to help it but org owner is really hard to reach and he already helped me a lot and it's really annoying for him to do it for a 4th time when he doesn't even play the game nor have time for all this anymore. But as soon as he's in the location we will contact Jagex support again

    Crazy. Another delay! Completely unexpected! Woah!? As I said, clearly I do not own nor have access to the account I PURCHASED. I did not rent it, I PAID IN FULL for the account. Now, without the org owner working with you, without any reason to do so, we do not have access to the account I PURCHASED IN FULL TO OWN unless he's in a specific spot in the world.

    I know this to be bullshit, because as I mentioned before to you I travel A LOT for work. I have moved states and been in different countries and have ALWAYS been able to access and play my accounts. I have had ONE locked on me due to me moving 3 times in 1 month. I was in a NEW area that was not the creation IP and was still able to get it recovered without any issues... You're straight up lying to yourself, your customers, and the entire Sythe staff and community. Once again, end my damn nightmare and give me a refund back right now. I'm tired of fucking waiting.

    @Poat PLEASE help. You see what I mean? And in two months, he'll have another reason to delay that doesn't make any sense. The org owner has an email, clearly has internet/data to communicate, and clearly has a phone so can access RuneScape but apparently refuses too because they've likely already resold the max account and are moving their business to another one for when this RS Phoenix account gets banned and then I get nothing...

    EDIT: How in the WORLD does RS Phoenix not even have a caution tag or DNT tag after all of this?

    RS Phoenix account recovery

    While I understand the wait may be frustrating, this will be the last attempt to contact jagex before I give a ruling.

    Also it may not seem like it to you but I believe RS Phoenix is acting in good faith in attempting to get the account unlocked and back to you if that changes at any point an appropriate punishment will be applied. However this has dragged on a while so I'll put a final date for a ruling on the 21st/This sunday.

    @RS Phoenix Please post the proof of contacting the Original owner. I want accurate date timestamps, and full screenshots of the entire conversation relating to this case please. :) Or is it your birthday again now?

    @Poat By the second part of this message, I do not believe it and it sounds like you've already decided your Sythe staff ruling before we're at the end date. Openly defending somebody who is actively recovering $2,000 accounts and getting them moved to a different Jagex Launcher then claiming the account is "Shadowbanned" is insane man. At absolute best case senecio he is openly attempting to FIX the MISTAKE he made in the beginning of the ticket I made with him.

    imgur.com <-- One of the first messages I sent when contacting him. Exactly what he should do to recover the account. As mentioned several times, I travel a LOT for work and his behavior of being afraid of connecting to a different IP to make the recover is complete bullshit as I've done it before without any issues.

    imgur.com - Said it for a 3rd time, he acknowledges it twice and even directly says "I will recover the account to the email", and then I restate the exact email to recover to as I also sent it in PMs but he didn't respond there.

    imgur.com - He continues to ask for more information about the account while I was actively using it for more than a year.

    imgur.com - Provided the scam artist more information and now I'll likely never see the account again.

    But two things, the account was never banned in any way. I logged in every so often and played here and there after being VERY active for SEVERAL months unemployed straight. Never an issue. I got a new job and didn't play for a little and come back to it being recovered. I messaged him and this is where we are.

    2nd when I first made contact with my problem I said it three times exactly what he needs to do. He acknowledges it and agrees but does not listen AT ALL and completely goes rogue and somehow he's being defended?

    imgur.com - When he first tried "recovering" it, looks like they made a mistake with the names anyways, which would be bad trading practices in of itself if he wasn't a donor..... -.-

    imgur.com - Once again showed I was not banned. When you are BANNED in RuneScape you are REMOVED from the Highscores. For anything. RWT, Botting, Player run games of chance, whatever, you're removed from the highscores when perma banned and you CAN STILL ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT. If you want proof of that, you know what, I'll provide that too. imgur.com - Notice how I'm logged into the account and it does say DISABLED or Not Found when trying to login? Also, see how I provide actual time & date stamps in each photo as that's REAL proof.

    Yes, I am mad, yes this is long.

    TL:DR?

    @RS Phoenix is a scam artist who is attempting to get away with recovering a max account and acting like he's doing his best when he didn't listen to a thing I said nor does he even have control over the account HE SOLD.

    If he doesn't have control, and I don't have control, the oo has control which falls to RS Phoenix since he sold it to me with a lifetime guarantee. So once again, on the integrity of your entire Discord and services provided; let's do right by the customers you've chosen to wrong and get things fixed. You should still have a Warning Tag at minimum or not be allowed to trade accounts here anymore. I never had issue when buying GP/Services from the few orders I did with your team, just the big ticket max account that's apparently worth risking your entire Sythe/Discord over.. ... ..

    Thank you to anybody and everybody who has followed this case and reached out with advice or comments. Thank you for any staff member who has put in time into investigating this report.

    To add a little more here is the emails from Jagex regarding this account.

    You can see the top email was when they recovered it, May 13th.
    Before that was the last time I used the Authenticator app which usually needs to be redone every month or everytime I swap to my Laptop. That's March 6th....

    I made the report in his Discord as posted in my previous post on April 11th.... So basically once month after I entered my auth codes... as mentioned I usually login every so often just to stand around or message a friend when I'm not really playing the game. I still check it out every so often.

    So again, NOT BANNED IN ANY WAY MR RS PHOENIX!

    I can share full conversation with org owner with mods if needed, or to your dm, that is a long conversation within last couple months and I would have to hide some personal/recovery info etc and conversation is not in English so you'd have to manually translate it.

    I understand how if feels for you and why you are mad, my intentions were always to solve this case and get the account back to you, I value my customers a lot, but this is the rare case where org owner can't access his old location easily because he lived there with his parents. I never tried to scam or take advantage of you or any other customers, I've been selling endgame osrs accounts for 7years and it's safe to say that these endgame accounts are one of safest accounts in the market, otherwise I would be dealing with report cases every month. I believe account got disabled because of changing IP addresses and Jagex system believing that account was used by a hijacker, not the original owner.

    Last update because tomorrow is deadline: Org owner couldn't access hid old location, this week we tried contacting Jagex livechat from mobile phone in another city, but they asked to do it from device which was used to access account.     I intentionally left little part of one email address visible, to prove that screenshots are legit for his account, because I believe org owner just thinks that I am here trying to scam and not trying to do anything for this case to help him.

    Since Jagex is asking that, I have one last idea to try to contact Jagex livechat from @Bluuurr device which he used himself to play the account, but I'm not exactly sure how to do that since that contains personal information of org owner (including email address, full name, city etc). Also if we would do that, I'd have to void the ability to ever buy back this account from customer in case he will want that in the future. Don't know if that would work, but we could just contact livechat without providing recovery information, just from his device and provide only email/rsn, because we are not recovering it but just unlocking it and checking why we can't access the account anymore, and they are expecting this because they will see past chats for this account.

    Copy so RS Phoenix has not provided the proof of contacting original owner by deadline. It's now Monday the 22nd. You've still not provided proof, nor have you returned the I account I purchased for over $2,000 account that was successfully recovered OFF of my Jagex Launcher and onto yours or original owners.


    We could try something, but I would not agree to this at all. First thing I'd do if you were to even return it is get rid of the fucking thing. Clearly it doesn't belong to me if you're able to so easily regain control and hold it for months. && You've showed so much dependency of the original owner I know for a fact if he had died irl, the account is gone forever because of all these issues you've caused for me by not listening when I told you WHAT email to recover the account to in the first place. But you went rouge and did your own thing which has sparked this entire situation.

    No, you've put me on hold as often as you could. Only gave information or updates when I forced it out of you. You're right, you have been providing accounts/services for so long which is why I came to you in the first place. Clearly, seeing how you've done business with me and treated my time and account I made a massive mistake and would advise everybody else to not do business with this man or his Discord. Unless you love being ripped off, ignored, lied to, waiting months, and want him to completely disregard any agreement he makes with you to do whatever he pleases.

    @RS Phoenix since you/the OO have successfully recovered the account, the current login and password will need to be given to @Bluuurr regardless of if the account remains locked. If you are unable to provide those details a refund will be required.

    @Bluuurr If the account details are transferred to you and the account remains locked, this is an unfortunate side effect of buying a runescape account of which jagex have started to crack down on (please remember buying an account for real life money is against the rules of jagex.), and is therefore being treated as a ban to the account.

    @RS Phoenix please let me know when you have returned the account to @Bluuurr.

    Absolutely not scam artist. The account is not banned, the account is LOCKED due to his misuse when I first contacted him. He needs to make that right as well as the fact that he has had this take up much more time than it should have had he of listened to me and kept his agreement which I provided proof of. You're blatantly ignoring actual evidence that this man caused wrongdoing and deceitful behavior to the Sythe community and you're allowing it to slide without making a stand. You either have no backbone or you're actually in the pocket of these scam artist/donor bullshit. @Poat ???

    No the account is locked due to Jagex cracking down on account transfers. I also believe that when they recovered the account to the original owners email they were doing what they believed to be the best chance of having the account unlocked and as long as they return the account to you the status of the account and the ownership would be as follows.

    Disabled+Blur -> Locked+OO -> Locked+Blur

    At no point was the account ever unlocked. Thus I don’t see how any wrongdoing occurred. Him ignoring your request to have the original recovery attempt set to your email over the OO’s is not breaking any rules, as he believed that was what had the best chance of getting the account unlocked. If the account didn’t get unlocked after being recovered by the OO, it points to Jagex locking it for an account sale.

    While I understand it’s not what you want to hear please understand that this is a risk associated with buying a Jagex account as it against the rules. There is only an issue if Rs Phoenix is unable to return access to the account to you.

    You're a scam artist @Poat this is very sad that you're defending a scammer. It wasn't locked for me when I was using it EVER. Only when he took the account did it have any sort of issues and I PROOVED that in my report/messages above. You are directly choosing to ignore evidence of wrong doing to defend them. How much are they tossing your way?

    I'm not gonna rush org owner after this customer was afk to swap email and then failed to provide valid email and I keep disturbing org owner for 2months already when he's already so busy with all other irl stuff, not unbanning account which he sold years ago. We literally unbanned and saved account for @Bluuurr and he's accusing this forum of corrupt mods and similar stuff like that, of course that makes me mad. I never refused to contact org owner, I refuse to rush him, he will do it when he can.

    You know for a FACT we are in different timezones. You contacted me while I was ASLEEP and tried to play it as if I was AFK ignoring you. You're a master at lying clearly. I had NO IDEA that it couldn't be recovered to an email that was associated with a Jagex Account, so that one was my bad although you could have been more clear what you needed. && Now I've created a BRAND NEW EMAIL specifically for this that has never signed up for ANYTHING except forwarding emails to you for YOUR convenience. & You're threatening to make your own email and transfer the account there so you can just recover the email and account later after the case is closed. No thank you. DO NOT MAKE YOUR OWN EMAIL AND PUT THE ACCOUNT THERE.

    You've dragged this out for MONTHS, MONTHS, this is NOT ON ME. This is fully on you and your TERRIBLE customer support and the fact you're selling accounts from people who you KNOW aren't available. Maybe you should work on your own selling practices ya scammer.

    So @Poat what's his timeline now since he clearly has NO INTEREST in contacting the Org owner again to get this transfer taken care of? Are we going another 3 months? Or does it depend on how much he pays you this time to be quiet/side with him?

    @RS Phoenix I assume you have contacted the OO with the new information and if you have thank you. If you have trouble lining up timing to get the OO to transfer the account I might suggest having him give you the details so you can figure it out with Blur.

    In the mean time @Bluuurr, He has done nothing but operate in a way to get you your account back. If you believe that there is poor trading practices you are more than welcome to open a new report and present the facts there where it will be properly reviewed. Until then please refrain from spewing slander and only post regarding updates to the account.

    This was the report, which you ignored actual evidence and sided with the scammers. All of Sythe sees this, they know you're corrupted due to his donor status. He's got you in his pocket, clearly. So, no, no point in any new report. After 10+ years on Sythe, this will be my last ever interaction.
