    I understand this is taking way longer than expected, org owner still didn't have time to go there, he's back in country from work trip, just he is another city now, because that old location with IP address was where he used to live with his parents. I really just need a bit more time for him to be able to get there so we can contact Jagex for the 4th time to find out what happened. When filling 3rd attempt we didn't even ask to transfer account to his email, I don't know why customer got that email. I was talking in Jagex livechat myself, I said that account wasn't hijacked and I have access to both emails and asking for them to unlock it, I can try to get screenshots of that as well and share with mods if needed, I am honestly just trying to help it but org owner is really hard to reach and he already helped me a lot and it's really annoying for him to do it for a 4th time when he doesn't even play the game nor have time for all this anymore. But as soon as he's in the location we will contact Jagex support again

    Crazy. Another delay! Completely unexpected! Woah!? As I said, clearly I do not own nor have access to the account I PURCHASED. I did not rent it, I PAID IN FULL for the account. Now, without the org owner working with you, without any reason to do so, we do not have access to the account I PURCHASED IN FULL TO OWN unless he's in a specific spot in the world.

    I know this to be bullshit, because as I mentioned before to you I travel A LOT for work. I have moved states and been in different countries and have ALWAYS been able to access and play my accounts. I have had ONE locked on me due to me moving 3 times in 1 month. I was in a NEW area that was not the creation IP and was still able to get it recovered without any issues... You're straight up lying to yourself, your customers, and the entire Sythe staff and community. Once again, end my damn nightmare and give me a refund back right now. I'm tired of fucking waiting.

    @Poat PLEASE help. You see what I mean? And in two months, he'll have another reason to delay that doesn't make any sense. The org owner has an email, clearly has internet/data to communicate, and clearly has a phone so can access RuneScape but apparently refuses too because they've likely already resold the max account and are moving their business to another one for when this RS Phoenix account gets banned and then I get nothing...

    EDIT: How in the WORLD does RS Phoenix not even have a caution tag or DNT tag after all of this?

    RS Phoenix account recovery

    While I understand the wait may be frustrating, this will be the last attempt to contact jagex before I give a ruling.

    Also it may not seem like it to you but I believe RS Phoenix is acting in good faith in attempting to get the account unlocked and back to you if that changes at any point an appropriate punishment will be applied. However this has dragged on a while so I'll put a final date for a ruling on the 21st/This sunday.

    @RS Phoenix Please post the proof of contacting the Original owner. I want accurate date timestamps, and full screenshots of the entire conversation relating to this case please. :) Or is it your birthday again now?

    @Poat By the second part of this message, I do not believe it and it sounds like you've already decided your Sythe staff ruling before we're at the end date. Openly defending somebody who is actively recovering $2,000 accounts and getting them moved to a different Jagex Launcher then claiming the account is "Shadowbanned" is insane man. At absolute best case senecio he is openly attempting to FIX the MISTAKE he made in the beginning of the ticket I made with him.

As mentioned several times, I travel a LOT for work and his behavior of being afraid of connecting to a different IP to make the recover is complete bullshit as I've done it before without any issues.

    imgur.com - Said it for a 3rd time, he acknowledges it twice and even directly says "I will recover the account to the email", and then I restate the exact email to recover to as I also sent it in PMs but he didn't respond there.

    imgur.com - He continues to ask for more information about the account while I was actively using it for more than a year.

    imgur.com - Provided the scam artist more information and now I'll likely never see the account again.

    But two things, the account was never banned in any way. I logged in every so often and played here and there after being VERY active for SEVERAL months unemployed straight. Never an issue. I got a new job and didn't play for a little and come back to it being recovered. I messaged him and this is where we are.

    2nd when I first made contact with my problem I said it three times exactly what he needs to do. He acknowledges it and agrees but does not listen AT ALL and completely goes rogue and somehow he's being defended?

    imgur.com - Once again showed I was not banned. When you are BANNED in RuneScape you are REMOVED from the Highscores. For anything. RWT, Botting, Player run games of chance, whatever, you're removed from the highscores when perma banned and you CAN STILL ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT. If you want proof of that, you know what, I'll provide that too. imgur.com - Notice how I'm logged into the account and it does say DISABLED or Not Found when trying to login? Also, see how I provide actual time & date stamps in each photo as that's REAL proof.

    Yes, I am mad, yes this is long.

    TL:DR?

    @RS Phoenix is a scam artist who is attempting to get away with recovering a max account and acting like he's doing his best when he didn't listen to a thing I said nor does he even have control over the account HE SOLD.

    If he doesn't have control, and I don't have control, the oo has control which falls to RS Phoenix since he sold it to me with a lifetime guarantee. So once again, on the integrity of your entire Discord and services provided; let's do right by the customers you've chosen to wrong and get things fixed. You should still have a Warning Tag at minimum or not be allowed to trade accounts here anymore. I never had issue when buying GP/Services from the few orders I did with your team, just the big ticket max account that's apparently worth risking your entire Sythe/Discord over.. ... ..

    Thank you to anybody and everybody who has followed this case and reached out with advice or comments. Thank you for any staff member who has put in time into investigating this report.

    To add a little more here is the emails from Jagex regarding this account.

    You can see the top email was when they recovered it, May 13th.
    Before that was the last time I used the Authenticator app which usually needs to be redone every month or everytime I swap to my Laptop. That's March 6th....

    I made the report in his Discord as posted in my previous post on April 11th.... So basically once month after I entered my auth codes... as mentioned I usually login every so often just to stand around or message a friend when I'm not really playing the game. I still check it out every so often.

    So again, NOT BANNED IN ANY WAY MR RS PHOENIX!

    I can share full conversation with org owner with mods if needed, or to your dm, that is a long conversation within last couple months and I would have to hide some personal/recovery info etc and conversation is not in English so you'd have to manually translate it.

    I understand how if feels for you and why you are mad, my intentions were always to solve this case and get the account back to you, I value my customers a lot, but this is the rare case where org owner can't access his old location easily because he lived there with his parents. I never tried to scam or take advantage of you or any other customers, I've been selling endgame osrs accounts for 7years and it's safe to say that these endgame accounts are one of safest accounts in the market, otherwise I would be dealing with report cases every month. I believe account got disabled because of changing IP addresses and Jagex system believing that account was used by a hijacker, not the original owner.

    Last update because tomorrow is deadline: Org owner couldn't access hid old location, this week we tried contacting Jagex livechat from mobile phone in another city, but they asked to do it from device which was used to access account.     I intentionally left little part of one email address visible, to prove that screenshots are legit for his account, because I believe org owner just thinks that I am here trying to scam and not trying to do anything for this case to help him.

    Since Jagex is asking that, I have one last idea to try to contact Jagex livechat from @Bluuurr device which he used himself to play the account, but I'm not exactly sure how to do that since that contains personal information of org owner (including email address, full name, city etc). Also if we would do that, I'd have to void the ability to ever buy back this account from customer in case he will want that in the future. Don't know if that would work, but we could just contact livechat without providing recovery information, just from his device and provide only email/rsn, because we are not recovering it but just unlocking it and checking why we can't access the account anymore, and they are expecting this because they will see past chats for this account.
