Anyone had this before?

Can't get on - it's been stuck there for a good 15 minutes.



Anyone whose had the same problem? If so do you know how you fixed it? I've restarted the computer and deleted cookies etc and still have the same problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

 

I had that yesterday on one of my laptops, but strangely not my other laptop.

I just waited and read stuff in another window for ages, and it eventually loaded.

After it gets fully loaded, you shouldn't experience that anymore - or at least I didn't.

 

Alright thanks, I'll just keep it open and see how it goes. Still loading as of now so hmm I dunno.

 

You could try clicking the loading screen, sometimes when I did that the % jumped up by heaps.

Other than that, I dunno. I did go back to the main page the first few times because it was really pissing me off. I had my other laptop next to me loading RS at the same time and I didn't have the same problem.

 

Try refreshing the page or clearing the Jagex files.

 

I was going to suggest restarting your computer, that's what I have to do, and it works.

 

Do you have the new version of Java installed? I have had no problems logging in personally, but apparantly many players are having difficulty.

Make sure you download the latest version of Java, delete all your cookies and empty the cache, restart your computer and try to load the game up again. If you are still having problems, maybe try it in a different client? I don't know if it would really have much of a difference at all since it still connects to the game the same way, but I play through Swiftkit and it always loads just fine for me

 

This happens on my old computer that can't use the new java, so download the rs client off the site

 

I had the same problem for awhile, but it's stopped recently.

 

Maybe try downloading the desktop client?
