Proof that it's their Discord: It was directly paid to website, no Discord.
Explanation of the trade: I paid thru automated website payment methods (BTC)
How they scammed: i entered his website thru the sythe title, clicked 500 TTL Accounts, paid BTC for 10 accounts, and its 24+ hours now no E-mail with accounts, no respond on his vouch link, no respond on sythe DM, seems like scammed IDK.

Hey, i can't get into my dm with fle7ek as you guys dnt'd him so i can screenshot it, and i also sent him a vouch in his vouches list before i dm him trying to find an answer from him somewhere but nothing at all

 

The transaction was voided automatically because the payment was short, as shown in the image above.

I am currently away on vacation, so I did not see or respond to the report quickly. I understand how the delay caused concern.

I have manually approved the order despite the underpayment. The accounts should be delivered to the email address used at checkout.

 

If an order is voided because of an underpayment, the customer can contact me with the order ID, crypto TXID, or email they used when checking out on SellApp.

They can contact me on Discord, Sythe, or by making a support ticket directly on my SellApp.

From there, I can either refund the amount received or manually approve the order, depending on the situation. In practice, every case like this so far has been manually approved despite small underpayments.

SellApp does not have a feature to automatically refund underpaid orders.
They do however have an "Underpaid percentage" setting, which I have set to 1% to help prevent most small underpayment issues:



When ordering through my automated shop, the payment page also warns buyers to send the exact requested amount and account for network fees.
