extracting RiD not working?

What do I have to to extracting wise? It says i should but getting a java RiD.jar when i extract but im only getting RiD as .rar... what's going on?

 

Do you have winrar?

 

You will need a rar extractor in order to get the .jar file out of the archive. I use free rar extractor frog whenver I have a .rar file to open.

i have winrar... i open the .rar folder and then extract it to my desktop, open up the folder and instead of RiD.jar theres online RiD.rar...:/

 

Hmm, right click, click open with, and click java. (The RID.jar)

 

Your fooled.

RiD.jar gets the WinRar icon if you have winrar installed.

 

And it also opens in winrar unless you set the default open with to java, or you might have to actually install java. Atleast in my case on my win xp machine.

 

Right click RiD.rar -> Extract Here

Right click RiD.jar -> Open With -> Java SE Binary

yeah I figured it out.. i don't know if i'm gunna like this bot, the PC one is slow...

 

I had this problem and I never did get the pest control bot to work.

Make sure all your settings are correct and make sure that in task manager you set the process of JagexLauncher (if you are using the official RS client) to low and javaw to high or realtime. That solved the problem for me (at least using the powerminer).

Note I don't actively use it, I gave it a try and while it is a nice bot paying per hour is not something I'm able, let alone willing to do.

Also, the pc bot is normally very fast, getting me 2-4k exp an hour in the vet boat, however due to other botting sites DDoSing us, it may run a bit slowly, give it a few days and it should be back to normal
