She bought a list of buyables and I purchased a pet. Neither has been sent and the user stopped replying to both of us once they had our money, except I sent about 24 hours ago and they were speaking to her more recently.

Im nervous because it's my first transaction on this site, and I was hoping to have a more positive experience!

I will prolly post screenies tomorrow if product doesn't follow through with payment, as well as trying to dispute the paypal payment though I realize that will prolly be my loss.

 

Said user had vouches and a high-ish post count but after doing some digging, they do indeed seem shady, despite covering it up with legit looking statistics. Meh.

I, of course, CAN prove that said user did this to me if he/she does not give me what I payed for and MmmBop has already seen my 'proof'

So she can tell you that I mean business. I am not one to go "OMG SCAM SOB GIVE ME MAH MONEYS BACK " when accusing someone. I dig deep. Deep deep.

Nor am I one to post 1-2 screenies and go "Hai, there's my proof" without giving detailed facts, an explanation, and 100% logic to back it up. Oh no, I go way out. I should have been a lawyer because I am so good at fighting a case.

So here's a warning (you know who you are)

If you don't give us our stuff or respond, then we will take action. And don't think action means the fluffy and girly stuff some people post on here - I mean action.

My mother, who shares the account with me (and is not very pleased), told me that it's harder to take action when you mark it as a gift. Perhaps this is why some people always ask "mark as gift"?

Although you asked me to mark as a gift too, Mainco, and so has one other person I've had a good transaction with and ya'll are legit, so.

I really don't know. I'm not going to even pretend to know anything about the tribulations of dealing with paypal.

Can you explain what you mean about this ChargeBack thing Mainco?

I did just try to go to paypal to dispute and say I hadn't gotten my "goods", however as it was labelled as a gift I can not.

Clearly being new here made me an easy target.

Charge Back=When some one files you a complain wanting there money back, most of the time they receive, unless it's labeled as Gift And that's why most people ask for Gift Option... it's much harder to get CBed

 

*nod* Yeah, so I'm screwed then.

Ah well, reported as a scammer and hopefully he either decides to follow through or is banned. Whichever comes first.
