    1st. Disable your Anti-Virus, its cracked/keygenned, so it's detected as a virus -_-

    2nd Download the mIRC setup here --> /link removed

    3rd, Run it/ input ur mIRC username into the box/Alternative

    4th, Test it and Vouch below :)
    Note: Put the mIRC on ur Exclusion list of your Anti-Virus or it'll get deleted.

    Already reported, too late for him. For all we know it could be an encrypted keylogger, so I'd prefer him to get banned.
